Terms & Conditions of Crazy Climb Bristol

Participation Statement:

By participating you agree to the rules & conditions below. You should be in good health to participate in physical activity and participate in accordance with these rules. It is the parents/accompanying adult’s responsibility to ensure that their children adhere to these safety rules. Climbing is not recommended for guests that have neck, back or heart problems or have had recent surgery. If you are pregnant you should consider your physical condition and limitations before deciding to participate. If you encounter any problems or have any pre-existing medical conditions please discuss these with a member of the Crazy Climb team.

If a member of your group has a disability it is important that you contact us so that we can advise whether or not the activity is suitable for them or if another session might be more appropriate.

General Rules
1.Participants must be a minimum of 6 years old

2.No heals, no flip-flops, crocs or open toe shoes. Ensure shoe laces are tied

3.Climber minimum weight is 10 kgs (23 lbs)/1.58 stone

4.Climber maximum weight is 150 kgs (330 lbs) / 23 Stone

5.No jewellery to be worn

6.Glasses must be ‘secure’

7.Long hair must be tied back

8.No chewing gum, food or drinks allowed in the climbing area

9. All bookings are subject to our 72 hrs cancellation policy i.e. you must provide us with 72 hrs notice in order to be entitled to a refund on a cancelled session.

Crazy Climbers MUST
1.Must attend Safety Briefing before climbing

2.Must have harness checked by staff before climbing

3.Must be clipped to the safety line before climbing

4.Must follow any safety instructions as directed by Crazy Climb staff

Crazy Climbers MUST NOT
1.Must Not hold onto or pull down on the safety line whilst climbing

2.Must Not bounce out from the wall during descent

3.Must Not walk underneath a climber

4.Must Not run in the climbing area
